They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war, and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks... They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall; they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
Joel 2:7&9

Tammuz Night Surprise
By Michael Taube - 20th day of the 10th month 2005
Last year at about this time we saw the Sumatra Tsunami. December 25th here in America. As I have stated before I am convinced that this Tsunami was an "Artemus" Flood/Tsunami. Artemis is Sumatra spelled backwards and Artemis claims to be the goddess of various things. It is also known as Diana. I believe that the whole flood in Sumatra was a complex event having to do with the fallen angels, specifically the one known as artemus. The main "image" associated with artemis is the Crescent Moon. This moon image is seen all over the place. One prominent place is the "Crescent City" also known as New Orleans. I find IT NO ACCIDENT that in the past year we have seen destruction in two places that are both associated with the Crescent Moon; those being Sumatra and New Orleans.

A New Rain
Commentary on Joel 2:23 by Kathy Stant - 5th day of the 8th month 2005
The apostate church has long held the belief that the "rain" mentioned in Joel 2:23 speaks of some power that God poured out upon His people in the past and will pour out again on His people in the future. Looking closer at the original words for "rain" gives us a different interpretation of this verse.
"Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain in the first month." Joel 2:23
former rain - Strong's #4175- An archer; also teacher or teaching, from #3384- to point out, to teach
rain - Strong's #1653- a shower; from #1652- to shower violently
latter rain - Strong's #4456- the spring rain, eloquence, from #39533 - to gather the aftercrop
moderately - Strong's #6666- rightness, rectitude, justice, virtue, prosperity. from #6663- to make right (in a moral or forensic sense), cleanse, clear self, (be,do) just, (be, turn to) righteousness
come down - Strong's #3381- to descend, (go downwards, or conventionally to a lower region, as the shore, a boundary, the enemy, etc. or fig. to fall) to bring down, cast down, subdue, take down....
given - Strong's #5414- appoint, ascribe, assign, avenge, recompense, render, requite, shoot forth....(and many more)
The word "rain" can be used as either a noun or a verb. Example: There is a lot of rain today. Rain here is a noun. It will rain soon. Rain here is a verb, denoting action.
#1653 rain is being used as a verb denoting action and that the action is applied to both the former rain and the latter rain.
Gen. 49:22-26 gives the description of Joseph revealing him as the ultimate Archer, and that "the archers sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him. But whose bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob..." So there are two archer types mentioned here. One being Joseph or God's Archer, and the other would be evil archers. It looks the same for Joel 2:23. One of the archers is appointed by God and the other is brought down.
Rain #1653 implies "with violence" and applies to both the evil archer type and the after crop. Come down #3381 implies descending, falling, subduing and also applies to both the evil archer type and the after crop.
Therefore, you could read this verse like this:
"Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for in His righteousness and because of His justice, He has appointed His archer to cast down with violence the evil archer and subdue and gather the after crop, (multitude), in the first."
There's no question that "violence” would apply to the ingathering of the multitude. Mt.11:12 says "....the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." There is a war raging even now as both archer types try to subdue the multitude.

Timing of the 5th and 6th Trumpets
By Michael Taube
The first month on the Jewish calendar (read: our calendar) is Nisan and Tishri. There are two "first months" on the Jewish calendar. The first month of Nisan is called the first month by the Lord in Exodus 12 and is the time of the Passover. In Leviticus 23:24 there is a Sabbath and a blowing of the trumpets on the first day of the Seventh month of Tishri. Rosh Hashanah occurs on the first and second days of Tishrei. In Hebrew, Rosh Hashanah means, literally, "head of the year" or "first of the year." Rosh Hashanah is commonly known as the Jewish New Year. The Bible refers to the holiday as Yom Ha-Zikkaron (the day of remembrance) or Yom Teruah (the day of the sounding of the shofar). I believe that it is implied in scripture that the Lord also considers the first day of the seventh month (Tishrei) to be a type of new year. For example, Exodus 23:16 speaks of the feast of the ingathering "which is in the end of the year." See also Exodus 34:22.
It is important to recognize that there could be two New Years in the Calendar because scholars believe that Noah"s flood occurred in the month of October. Of course the bible says that the flood occurred in the second month. If autumn was the time of the year that the flood occurred (and I believe it was) then the "seventeenth day of the second month" would be Cheshvan. The month immediately following the month of Tishri. In 2004 the month of Cheshvan goes from October 16 to November 13. Thus if the 5th and 6th trumpets parallel the flood of Noah we should see these two trumpets in the autumn.
In 2004 the first day of Tishrei falls on September 16 and thus for purposes of discerning the days of Noah we can consider Sept. 16 to be the first month. Noah entered the ark on the 17th day of the SECOND month. In 2004 this would be November 1st. I believe that this date may parallel the fifth trumpet because in Genesis 7:24 the waters "prevailed upon the earth" 150 days. In Revelation 9:5 the scorpions of the fifth trumpet torment men five months or 150 days. (It is assumed that prophetic months are 30 days per month and when you do the math in Rev. 9:5 it is obviously 150 days). Remember Jesus says "just as in the days of Noah".
There is a second association here with the days of Noah. The "serpents" in the 6th trumpet in Rev 9:15 are prepared for an hour, a DAY a MONTH and a YEAR. In Genesis 8:13 after the flood; Noah removed the covering of the Ark and it was the six hundredth and first YEAR, first MONTH, first DAY. A strange reverse time sequence of Rev. 9:15. We see the times here in Gen 8:13 parallel Rev 9:15 in reverse. (There is that "extra" hour in Rev 9:15. Perhaps it has something to do with the 10 kings given power "one hour" in Revelation 17? I have taken certain scripture and come up with a way that "one hour" can be 41.666 months).
I also believe that these two dates of the 17th and 27th of Cheshvan or Nov 1st and 11th may parallel Rev. 12:15-16 and the woman in the wilderness. In Rev. 12:15 we read that the serpent sent a flood out after the woman. This would also be the beginning of the fifth trumpet and corresponding to the flood in Noah"s time. Ten days later the "flood" ends per Rev.12:16; corresponding to Genesis 8 when the flood is dried up on the 27th day of the second month. Rev 12:16...the "earth helped the woman, and the earth opened up her mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth". This may be a type of "10 days of tribulation" for Israel in the wilderness. When the sixth trumpet begins, the "flood" dries up.
It should be noted that in scripture there is a case of a delayed Passover account. The Passover in II Cron 30 is delayed UNTIL the SECOND month. They did this because the priests were not ready in the first month. The similitude"s in II Cron with Hezekiah and our modern day are striking. For example, In II Cron 30:10 the people make light of the invitation to the Passover. Sounds like people being bidden to a WEDDING and instead they go about their business such as in the New Testament. This particular group of Israelites were dealing with the Assyrian King. The king of Assyria is surely a type and shadow of the Anti-Christ. For example, when the King of Assyria writes letters in II Cron 32:17 and rails "against the God of Israel" just like Anti-Christ in Rev 13:5! There is a biblical record of the Passover occurring at a different time BECAUSE the people were not ready for it yet. Could the Passover in 2004 be on the 14th day of the first "other" month. In other words the 14th day of the month of Tishri? That would be September 29, 2004.
Here is a possible scenario: on the 14 day of the second month (Sept. 29, 2004) there could be a "Passover Exodus" account and this somehow includes the Abomination of Desolation and Israel fleeing to the wilderness per Matthew 24:16 etc. Then 33 days later on Nov. 1st or the 17th day of the second month the fifth trumpet begins and a flood comes out of the mouth of the Serpent. Ten days later when the sixth trumpet begins and the flood dries up. When the 6th trumpet begins one of the reactions here on earth is that the "earth swallows up the flood" and Israel is saved! Some may ask how can the 6th trumpet and "serpents" upon the earth help Israel and cause the "flood" to be swallowed up? No idea whatsoever. It is that classic thing that the Lord does where a physical action is a blessing to God's people and a curse to the heathen. Perhaps some of the Israelites will flee to the BioSPhere Reserves of the United Nations which is most National Forests in America. I expect that these forests are the wilderness areas that the Lord speaks of when he says "flee to the wilderness" in the Gospels.
Whatever the "flood" is that the serpent sends out after the woman in the wilderness on the 17th day it will be "dried up" ten days later. Notice that this scenario in Rev. 12:15-16 is a type of reverse of the days of Noah. In Noah's day the flood took the unbelievers away. It appears that Satan is attempting to use a flood or type of flood to do the same to God"s people and try to "carry them away". What is this "flood" in Rev 15? Sometimes scriptures refer to a "flood" as an event that is overwhelming. Whatever that may be.
When the Passover was celebrated God said that it was to be the first month for God's people (Ex.12:2). So we may have an example were the month of the Passover account on September 29th may be looked at as the first month of the First year? Also this could have something to do with how we as Israelites will count time and how the world following after the Anti-Christ may count time.
Of course the implications of this are that the first four trumpets would be before Nov. 1st.

The Two Witnesses
By Michael Taube
Christians who have studied the subject of the Two Witnesses know that Jesus said in Malachi 4:5 "Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord". But was the Lord talking about the actual man Elijah or someone else? Most so-called Christian Scholars will automatically respond to the question "who are the two witnesses" by stating that they are either Moses and Elijah or Enoch and Elijah.
